How do I take care of my jewelry?
Each piece of jewelry Be Maad is handmade with pearls, stones and different metals, requiring a delicate treatment.
In order to preserve the natural brightness of your jewels do not bring them into contact with water and humidity. Avoid contact with perfume, beauty products, alcohol, chemical products, lemon and other acid substances, but also salted water and chlorine. It is thus advised to put makeup and perfume before putting on your jewelry.
We recommend that you regularly clean your jewelry with a soft tissue. Store your jewelry separately.

How do I know that my order is in process?
When you complete your order on our website, you receive an order confirmation e-mail.

How to redeem promocode?
To use a promocode, all you need is to go on your cart and type your promocode in the box « Promocode » and click « Apply ». The promocode will be automaticaly applied to your total amount.
Make sure you did not copy a blank space while copying your promocode.You can redeem only one promocode at a time.
How can I change my personnal information?
If you are already registered on Be Maad, you can change your personnal information in your « account ».
You need first to log in and click on « my account », then « personnal information ».
Can I return my jewelry?
You are legally entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days starting from the day you received your goods by which time you will need to have informed us your decision.

The item must not have been worn, have any signs of wear and tear or have been altered in any way. Nor must it have been washed or show signs of damage. It must be returned in its original packaging.
